Threading in callbacks

I just made another test and pulled all samples from a different thread so I
could leave the app sinks property "emit-signals" to false. This works much
better although it should not in my opinion. According to the documentation,
also the callbacks are in own threads and should not block the streaming
thread. But maybe it's also something different, I really have no clue...
