RTSP 2.0 / SECURE RTP / mIKEY

Hi all,
     I am trying to implement RTSP 2.0 Server in our project. I found only
gstreamer supporting RTSP 2.0 When i run rtsp server and client back to
back it worked fine.
I used server example test_video.c file  and for client i ran command line
pipeline.
 i found Mikey intiated by Server in Describe method.

    But as per  Apendix C.1.4 & C.1.4.1 in RFC 7826  Mikey intiator is rtsp
client and initiates starts in SETUP request.
  Can someone help me on this?
