blacklisted plugin problem

remove the cache by deleting below file. Then do gst-inspect-1.0 again.
Console it will dump the  issue.

rm -rf ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry.x86_64.bin

the other way for checking issue is inspect the library.
gst-inspect-1.0 <your plugin library>

e.g: 

gst-inspect-1.0 /usr/local/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libgstcoreelements.so
