I tried just using:

git at gitlab.freedesktop.org:slomo/gstreamer-rs.git

on the grounds it seems easier than mucking around with merge requests, but I
got:

error: failed to load source for a dependency on `gstreamer`                                                                                                          

Caused by:
  Unable to update /home/users/russel/Repositories/Git/Masters/Private/GStreamer_Rs_Slomo

Caused by:
  found a virtual manifest at `/home/users/russel/Repositories/Git/Masters/Private/GStreamer_Rs_Slomo/Cargo.toml` instead of a package manifest
