Onvif command

Hi - I am trying to run this command:
gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=camera_uri ! application/x-rtp,
media=application ! fakesink dump=true

 gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=camera_uri ! application/x-rtp,
media=application ! fakesink dump=true

How do I get a list of all ONVIF cameras on the network with the video URL.
