Can't install VP9enc or Vp8enc in GStreamer

install vpx and the reinstall gst-plugins-good.

Of course, I did.
vpx version is 1.7.0
and gst-plugin-good is 1.14.4
./configure was detected vpx plugin
but run the gst-inspect-1.0 was empty.
