Jetson Tx2 Unable To Rewind While Recording With Omxh264dec or avdec_h264

Hello there;

I am Unable To Rewind While Recording with either of these elements.

Is rewinding while recording not possible, is there anyone who did it, and
what is the problem here? 

I use matroska(mkv) container. I successfully stream or fast-forward while
recording the same video.
