hlssink with h265 source

I am using this command:
 gst-launch-1.0 -vvv rtspsrc latency=0 location=rtsp://10.20.4.109/CH001.sdp
! rtph265depay ! h265parse ! queue ! mpegtsmux ! hlssink
playlist-root=/~silentm/hlssink
location=/home/silentm/public_html/hlssink/hlssink.camera.219.%05d.ts
target-duration=1 max-files=3 playlist-length=2
playlist-location=/home/silentm/public_html/hlssink/playlist.camera.219.m3u8

To decode the H265 source and then HLSSINK the data.
It does not seem to work. Only the first 00000 file is created.
I verified the source is H265.  I'm using 1.12.3 gstreamer.


What might I have missed?
