Seek breaks EOS emission pipeline with tee and multiple videosink

I created a custom videosink bin for playbin based software.
The resulting pipeline when I activate more than one videosink is something
like this.

The problem here is that if i do "SEEK" on this pipeline, like



Then the EOS message won't be emitted at the next end of the stream.
Breaking loop.
