I made a gstreamer live streaming app

It works with YouTube live, and Twitch. LGPL of course. There are a few
places where it needs better elements. I've worked a bunch on code to
capture every window individually as soon as it's created. This seems to be
the only way to grab popup menus. Will do the same for win32.
