Is there a way to phase shift an audio channel?

Hi,

I am searching for a way to perform a phaseshift on one channel of a stereo
audio signal. I know of the element "audioinvert" which will invert the
polarity, but it doesn't shift the channel in any direction. Is there a
convenient element or way to do this in gstreamer or do I have to use some
witchercraft and use delay on on channel to perform, say a 90 degree
phaseshift.
