How to make plugin with opencv?

Hello,
You may want to inherit from GstOpenCVVideoFilter. You can see an example
in gst-plugins-bad/ext/gst/opencv (if I recall correctly) or take as an
example my plugins https://github.com/cfoch/gst-plugins-cheese
