Meson build error on Windows.

I'm having the following error when building gstreamer with meson on Windows
10 (x64):

"subprojects\gst-plugins-base\meson.build:255:0: ERROR: Could not find
dependency libgmodule_dep in subproject glib"

These are the steps I've done:

(on Visual Studio Command Prompt):
git clone https://github.com/GStreamer/gst-build
cd gst-build
git checkout 1.15.2
mkdir build
meson build

meson-log.txt
