problem with gstreamer 1.15 on iOS

Hello. 
I have a problem with gstreamer 1.15 on iOS. After I added URL of city
camera, I got an error. If i install version 1.16, I got the error with
optimization (see the image). This camera work with gstreamer 1.14.4 iOS.
But when i try to upload app to appstore i got error with use non-public API
(_getcontext, _setcontext, ...). 
Can anybody help with an issue?
