audiotestsrc timing information

Hello Stéphane,

Thank you very much for pointing this out.  I guess I will have to compile
gstreamer-plugins-base from the source because I am using 1.14.4 Debian
version now.  I went through the source code and this feature got
implemented recently.  I will definitely try that.
