Change RTSP Server source IP address

Unless there's something I've overlooked it appears that I need to be able
to set the "bind-address" of multiudpsink in create_and_configure_udpsink.

Is there a built-in way to supply a custom multiudpsink to the RTSP server
without modifying the code?
