Gstreamer rtpsink issue

Hi there, 
 I tried to add gstreamer rtpsink plugin to my Ubuntu 14.40 system . I found
a soucre code on GitHub which had some autogen scripts etc but unfortunately
it was not a proper approach . Does anyone know how to add rtspsink to
Gstreamer . If I give gst-inspect-1.0 I just have the rtspsrc . Please guide
me to add the rtspsink plugin to my Ubuntu 14.4 system
