VAAPI drivers are userspace drivers. So modprobe is meaningless.

Nvidia/vdpau adapter is unstable and may hang your GPU, we have disabled it
for that reason. It's strange that distro will install such untested and I
maintained driver in the first place, but this is the way it is at the
moment.
