tee pipeline

Maybe the right way is to use example test-appsrc.c. Through media callback
add pipeline to factory. I would say that rpicamsrc is much more efficient
(faster) than appsrc, but this means some work to change the code :)
I dont know if appsrc can handle video in h264 format or just in raw, but
this is not heavy task :)
