Ninja -C build stuck !

[jeyp4]

  meson reconfigure -Dgst-plugins-bad:iqa=disabled build (or -C build)

Will above command result in not installing gst-plugins-bad. I need some
plugins from this module.

And after opting this suggestion I am getting another below attached error.

Is there any tutorial which can lead me a stable install of all latest
gstreamer modules alongside with my stock gstreamer?
