Hi,
To adjust the framerate I use the videorate plugin followed by a CAPS structure defining the framerate I wish to have. I am only halving my framerate and for this I set the parameters drop-only and skip-to-first. It does however introduce some jitter

Hi,gstreamers.
     Videoparse has a property called "framerate". But I don't really understand it correctly. Does it mean that the upstream must pass it via given framerate,or that the final formed file has this framerate? For another thing,we can also set framerate in the "caps".And what does this framerate mean?  As for encoder(omxh265enc), how can I set the encoded video file a given framerate file(omxh265enc doesn't have a property named "framerate")?
