facing issue while installing gstreamer

Hi Frineds,

I am a novice to gstreamer and am installing it on ubuntu16.04. I am
facign the following error now able to resolve.

sudo apt-get -y --no-install-recommends install  libgstreamer1.0-dev
  libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev
libgstreamer-plugins-good1.0-dev     libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-dev
