How does this pipeline form

I have tested one pipeline via gst-launch-1.0... I want to know how do i code
such a pipeline in c. The pipeline is 
gst-launch-1.0   videotestsrc ! ximagesink  videotestsrc ! ximagesink 

As there are two pipeline in the same application. how to code such a
pipeline. is this two pipeline are the part of the same bin?
