H264 to WebRTC

I'm new to gstreamer and gstreamer webrtcbin. I ran the following command as
you posted.

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=video.ts ! tsdemux ! rtph264pay !
application/x-rtp,media=video,encoding-name=H264,payload=96 ! webrtcbin

Looks like it is running

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is live and does not need PREROLL ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
New clock: GstSystemClock

After that how I stream the video to the web page. Can you please help me?
