GES and audiodynamic

I am using GES to compose meeting-style and lecture-style content.  I am
hoping to make speech easier to hear and understand by applying a dynamic
audio filter.

Is it possible to use the "audiodynamic" filter to modify the audio signal
coming from a GESClip?  Does GES support that?

I am using the C-language API for GES.
