Apple Silicon iOS Simulator support

Are there any plans to support building an xcframework to include the new
arm64 simulator slice? I tried modifying cerbero to include an arm64
simulator slice but it complains since we already have an arm64 device
slice. My understanding is Apple's solution is to use an xcframework which
allows you to separate the simulator and device slices.
