Openh264 on Ubuntu

HI All,

I downloaded the openh264 package and compiled it on Ubuntu 20.10
I copied the files to the correct (I think) location where all the other
gstreamer-1.0 files are located. /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0

I did rm -rf /root/.cache/gstr*
when I do gst-inspect-1.0 | grep openh264 it is not found.

Do I have to recompile ALL gstreamer to add the openh264 ?
is there an easier way ?
