gstreamer compile from source and gst-plugins-base 1.16.2 getting error - solved

Seems I did not have installed gobjc  "apt -y install gobjc"

Installing that the error no longer prints.  I had installed
"build-essential" before. I did not know the difference. Glad it's working
now.
