ipcpipeline

Hi everyone,

Does someone has a simple example using the ipcpipeline plugin?
 I tried this example
https://github.com/GStreamer/gst-plugins-bad/blob/master/tests/examples/ipcpipeline/ipc-play.c
, using the meson build, but it did not work, keeps showing me error
messages when i try to play a url or file.
