Text overlay in image

Hi all,

I am discovering Gstreamer recently and I want to understand the concepts of
it. So, there are several concepts that I want to do. I want to take frames
from video stream and put text overlay it  While streaming overlaid frames,
I also want to save it. Would anyone help or guide me about these concerns.
I would be grateful. Thanks a lot.
