Version that supports webrtc

There may be multiple dependencies you don't have.

- libnice - nicesrc/nicesink elements (this is the only build-time
dependency)
- openssl - dtlsdec/dtlsenc elements
- libsrtp2 - srtpdec/srtpenc elements
- usrsctp - sctpdec/sctpenc elements (only required if you use data
channels).
