Webrtcbin with H.264 High or H.264 Baseline

Hello,
Is there any way, I mean any possible way to have a H.264 video in a web
browser using webrtcbin when it's H.264 High or even H.264 Baseline and not
H.264 Baseline Constrained?
I've been struggling to find a way around this but sadly I think there is
no way.
Can somebody please confirm or deny this?
