Souphttpsrc always shows server is not seekable

Hi ,

I tried streaming with HTTP using souphhtpsrc. 
The srever streaming is tried using VLC server and also Soup server
installed from this site
https://github.com/dv1/gst-soup-server-example

When evaluating the pipeline using vlc and soup servers, I get seekable
value as FALSE from souphttpsrc plugin.

Is there any server which can give me seekable as TRUE ?

Can I modify plugin src in any way such that I get a TRUE value for seekable
?
