Window turns transparent

Hi,

I ran the basic tutorial 5
<https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/tutorials/basic/toolkit-integration.html>
but the output window was transparent. Kindly see screenshot below:

OS: Windows 10 using Msys2 & Mingw-64

How can I fix this?
