How to send msgs from a Gst-RTSP-Server to a Client using the GstRTSP libraries?

Hi devs! 

Does anybody know how to send custom messages from a Gst-RTSP-Server to a
Gst-RTSP-Client using the Gst-RTSP libraries? Or otherwise, is it possible
to send specific/standard RTSP messages from Server to Client using such
libraries? (as Get Parameter for example)
