Dynamic pipeline with tee

Hello, I am stuck at the 1st point only, which is working ok for you. Could
you pls share the code with me?
1. When I tried to create tee pads dynamicaly, I could create the first part
of my pipeline (and it worked) : 
	dvbsrc -> tee -> queue -> multisocketsink (OK)

Note: I am able to run my pipeline correctly using gst-launch-1.0 . My
problem is only when I try to build the pipeline in c code.
