gst-inspect error from codeparsers

Exactly what it says. This is the parser library, I have no idea how it
ended up into the plugin directory. The parser plugin are split between
audio and video parsers. Also, to help you identify them, GStreamer plugin
are not versioned (suffix is just .so).
