webrtcbin 5 data-channel limit and closing

Hi,

Question on WebRTC data channel issues with version 1.16.2.  The first is a
failure after more than 5 data channels are created and already described
in the below posts.  The fix was merged into master 7 months before 1.16.2
was released but I'm still seeing issue?  Did fix make it in?

My second issue has to do with closing data channels and the 5 connection
limit.  I figured that if a data channel was closed another could be opened
without exceeding the limit, but I get the same error as above even if
channel closed.  The close is initiated from the other peer and the
on-close signal is firing on GStreamer side.

Is anyone familiar with this issue and explain what's going on?
