Using gstreamer without installing it with .so files only

I am trying to use gstreamer without installing gstreamer and gstreamer
plugin. I have copied all the .so files and bin files to my RPi4
/usr/local/lib folder. Now gst-launch-1.0 is working with pipeline but it is
not working with C++ CAP_GSTREAMER.
It is not showing any error or log in C++ too. Any suggestion about how can
I make it work with CAP_GSTREAMER in C++ or how to enable log or errors
showing with C++ with be very helpful.
