Thanks Matthew, it works! There're more missing packages discovered when
it moves on, here is the list of packages I've added (after OS
installation) to make meson complete its job. "sudo apt-get install –y git
meson build-essential clang python3-setuptools libmount-dev flex bison". In
case anyone like me is first time to build the source from gstreamer on
Ubuntu, they can install these packages in the beginning to avoid hiccup.
