VA-API VP9 Encode For GStreamer??

If you would like to have vp9 encoder for KBL & CFL (Intel gen9.5 graphics
platforms) in iHD media driver, this could be the only option:
https://github.com/intel/media-driver/pull/717

It is still in my dev branch, currently not planned to integrate it in iHD
master.
