No rsvgoverlay found

Hello,

I am trying to use rsvgoverlay element in mac osx and I am running my
GStreamer pipeline, I am getting this error  gst_parse_error: no element "
rsvgoverlay". I have installed all the plugins but still getting the same
error message.

Do I have to install something else on the mac osx.
