Hi Andy,

textoverlay should be available on all platforms, at least if you build
things with cerbero and/or use the binary packages we provide.

Where do you get your GStreamer from on those platforms?

If you build from source using gst-build master branch there's now also
a wrap for pango/cairo as subproject, so that should work in principle
(modulo bugs).
