GStreamer for RTSP-over-websocket webcam

Hi,

I use the xupnpd2-mediaserver (https://github.com/clark15b/xupnpd2) on
the router to receive and display some HLS-streams on the TV. Now I try
to receive this webcam: https://herberts.meinekameras.de:10169/ (H.264
via RTSP-over-websocket).

Can someone in this list help me to receive this stream in GStreamer, at
least to forward this to ffmpeg (to generate a local HLS-stream for
xupnpd2). I'm not a developer and I hope for your support.
