I have just found this:

and have installed vaapi plugins in a similar way you have said me.

I am new in the gstreamer environment, so I have to learn lots of things
yet... I don't understand you when you say that "if you are using gst-build,
without 'worktrees', then you're using master branch of all gstreamer
repositories".
