AW: rtspsrc - protocols=tcp EOS 8 seconds

Using Debug from gstreamer I have identified that it is definitely coming
from the on_timeout portion of rtspsrc

Got EOS from element "pipeline0".

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...

SO. What could cause this? I am walking through the source for rtspsrc right
now. Any help is appreciated.
