IP CAMERA AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING, VIDEO IS BLACK

We use gstreamer 1.16.0 to record ip cameras in .mkv format, if we enable
audio recording, sometimes video is black there is no video, sometimes it
exist.

Is there any one can help. I am attaching 2 link for recordings.
