can't play h264 over RTP

gst-launch-1.0 rtpsrc uri=rtp://239.1.2.3:1234?encoding-name=H264 !
rtph264depay ! h264parse ! avdec_h264 ! videoconvert ! autovideosink

I suspect that the config-interval is what is missing with your examples

Also, send out RTP on even ports.
