webrtcbin: opus & dtmf?

Is there any magic to get webrtcbin to emit an offer that includes both
opus and dtmf(telephone-event) for the same media line?

If I mux opus and rtpdtmfsrc through rtpdtmfmux, and link that to
webrtcbin, the offer only includes opus. If I link opus and dtmf to
different webrtcbin sink pads, then I get an offer with two discreet media
lines.
