Ffmpeg works but gstreamer does not work for rtsp camera

Please create an issue at
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-base/-/issues/new
about that.

In the issue include all the information from your mail, plus a
wireshark capture of a successful run with ffmpeg and an unsuccessful
run with GStreamer.

And also a GStreamer debug log with GST_DEBUG=3,rtsp*:9
